Specialized services for F.C.C. Regenerator Cone Repairs by weld overlay at Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery, including support design and piping relocation
National Cement Co., Dubai, U.A.E.
  • Upgradation of Cement Mill no. 1 & 2 (from open circuit to closed circuit).
  • Replacement of internal parts of existing LURGI ESP for both Raw Mill no. 1 & 2
  • Manufacturing & Erection of Diffuser in the Main Conditioning Tower
  • Replacement of complete preheater cyclone, duct, chutes, inlet chamber, kiln outlet and complete refractory work.

Fertilizer Plant



 

Retubing of 240 Nos. HK-40 Catalyst tubes in PRIMARY REFORMER of Haldor Topsoe design. The job involved removal of the existing Catalyst Tubes, outlet pigtails, modification of the inlet pigtails, erection of new Catalyst tubes and new outlet pigtails, welding of 480 Nos. SS-321 and Incoloy 800 joints.

Replacement of SECONDARY REFORMER including fabrication and part replacement of Transfer Lines. Also application of all refractories and bubble alumina castables.

  • Supply, fabrication and replacement of various Kiln Shells for Kiln no. 1, 2 & 3
  • Dismantling, supply, fabrication and erection of filler bars, stoppers, cleats, etc., for Tyres 1, 2 & 3 for Kiln No.1 & 2 - M/S. I. H. I. JAPAN
  • Supply, Fabrication & Installation of Waste Gas Ducts for Kiln No.3, Dismantling of Kiln Shell, Erection and welding, etc.

  • Providing additional Heater tubes in convection & radiant zones of F-1 HEATER & replacing Transfer Line in AU-II -
  • Replacement of Heater tubes in VIS BREAKER Unit in AU-IV.
  • Repairs and maintenance of HEATERS 1F01, 31F01 and replacement of convection coil in HEATER NO. 33F02

  • Replacement of various Kiln sections for Kiln no. 1 & 2, including planetary cool tube, kiln shell under tyre, kiln rollers, kiln outlet piece, kiln drive·
  • Supply, fabrication and erection of complete GBF cyclone including dismantling of existing GBF cyclone along with supply and installation of new TSC hard stone material Liner and Cast Besalt Tiles with Mortar·
  • Replacement of liner plates for Cement Mill no. 1 & 2, Raw Mill no 1 & 2 and Upgradation of Cement Mill no. 1 & 2 and Raw Mill no. 1 & 2 as per IHI design.
  • Replacement and modification of chain conveyor & drive, bucket elevator and buckets, impeller, bypass duct, air blaster, etc.

Fertilizer & Agro-chemical Plant

 

Replacement of 240 Nos. HK-40 Catalyst tubes in PRIMARY REFORMER. The job involved removal of the existing Catalyst tubes, outlet pigtails and erection of new Catalyst tubes and new outlet pigtails, welding of 480 Nos. Incoloy 800 joints.
Note: This job was completed in a record time of 8 1/2 days.

Replacement of upper part of the mill including fabrication, hard facing & balancing of Rotor, and modification hydraulic system for Mill no. 1 & 2

Fujairah Cement Industries Fujairah, U.A.E.

Replacement and various modification works related to the various cement plant equipments:
  • Replacement of 7 nos. kiln shells including kiln tyres, rollers, base frames, chair pads, girth gear, grate cooler parts
  • Replacement of cooler section, Aumund chain conveyors, kiln outlet shell, cement mill, girth gear and pinion
  • Preheater cyclone at 5th stage including Hot Gas Duct
  • Replacement of complete refractory work for the Kiln, Preheater and Grate cooler
  • Upgradation of Cement Mill from open circuit to closed circuit.
