QA/QC PERSONNEL:

Petron's QA/QC Department maintains ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ASME Quality Control system and achieves the project quality requirements with its professionally qualified QA/QC team. The professional qualifications of the QA/QC personnel directly employed by the company include:

QUALIFIED QMS LEAD ASSESSORS QUALIFIED INTERNAL QUALITY AUDITORS AWS (CWI) - CERTIFIED WELDING INSPECTOR B-GAS/TWI CERTIFIED PAINTING INSPECTORS ASNT LEVEL II QUALIFIED NDE INSPECTORS

PROJECT QUALITY ASSURANCE:

In addition to the ISO 9001 Quality Management system, Petron also prepares and implements specific Quality Assurance Plans / Inspection & Test Plans to meet the specific project requirements and ensure that the customer specifications are fulfilled.

INTERNAL QUALITY SYSTEM AUDITS:

Periodic Internal Quality Audits are carried out by qualified assessors to monitor the implementation of the Quality System established as a part of ISO 9001 requirements. Audit results are carefully reviewed by the top management and initiates necessary corrective actions for continuous improvements.
