Petron has a fully enclosed Blasting Booth of size
10 m (W) x 20 m (L) x 9 m (H), with automatic recovery
system for blasting of fabricated equipments like
ducts, chutes, small tanks, vessels, pipes, etc. and
for blasting of structural steel or raw material like
plates, pipes, steel structures, etc.
Petron has a fully automatic CNC blasting machine
manufactured by Gietart, Holland. This machine is
also linked with our production line with CNC sawing
and drilling line. This machine can blast about 20
ton raw material in a single - 8 -- hour shift.
Petron
has two large painting shops fully supported by 2
tower cranes; mounted on 50 meter long rails for material
handling.
Petron
also has large open areas for storage of raw materials
& fabricated items and a Painting Yard.
