Steel Structures
Petron
has fabricated and erected a large volume of steel structures
for various industries. Special mention is to be made
of the circular clinker storage silo project for a cement
plant in U.A.E, which is the largest one in the Middle
East.
By using KALTENBACH CNC sawing & WAGNER drilling line
for structural steel fabrication, Petron can achieve
a monthly productivity of approx. 2500 to 3000 tons.
Equipments
Petron has fabricated and erected all types of plate
works (from carbon steel & S S Steel), equipments, tanks,
vessels, furnace / heater, shipunloader, material handling
equipments etc., for various industries viz. Cement,
Power, Petrochemicals / Chemicals, Refinery, Aluminium
Industry, Fertilizer,
Food Processing industry, etc.
Petron has all kinds of sophisticated workshop machineries,
including CNC machines for cutting & drilling, shearing,
Press Brakes, Submerge Arc Welding, including 6 nos.
EOT/Tower cranes, heavy cranes from 10 ton to 350 tons
capacity (47 nos.) upto a boom length of 165 meter for
installation of work.
Petron has adequate number of well experienced Engineers,
Supervisors and skilled/semiskilled Technicians to carry
out the fabrication and erection work.
